What is the Born Learning Trail?
This is an interactive, playful and visible community engagement tool. It’s part of the Born Learning Campaign designed to help parents, caregivers and communities support early learning.  The trail helps boost children’s language and literacy skills – and encourages families to get active.  It’s a great way to elevate awareness of early childhood education and the importance of physical activity.

What does the trail consist of?
The trail captures 10 fun outdoor games on engaging signs to help parents and caregivers create learning opportunities for a young child.  The trail is in our local park near a large playground area.  It is being utilized by child care centers, schools and families as a resource for early learning.

The Born Learning Trail is a joint effort of Lowe's, GE Capital and the United Way of Randolph County. We are United!
